Dr. Esther Bubb

Dr. Esther Bubb is the Director of Children’s Clinical Services at Melmark, an organization that provides supports and services to students and adults with special needs.

Dr. Esther Bubb hails from Grenville, St. Andrew’s. She is the youngest of six children born to Wilby and Christena Bubb. She attended St. Andrew’s Methodist School; St. Joseph’s Convent, Grenville; and T. A. Marryshow Community College. She taught for two years at Byelands R.C. School before migrating to the U.S. in 1999 to pursue higher education.

Dr.  Bubb is the Director of Children’s Clinical Services at Melmark, an organization that provides supports and services to students and adults with special needs. Dr. Bubb has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for over five years, and a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania for over four years.

Dr. Bubb completed her doctoral studies in Special Education in December 2017. In October 2016, Dr. Bubb co-presented “Intensive Social Skills Instruction and Inclusion Within a Preschool for Children With Autism” at the Division for Early Childhood Annual Conference in Louisville, KY. Currently, she is collaborating with other doctoral level professionals and university personnel to conduct and publish research studies to enhance knowledge and services within the field. She is also the Chair of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, Crime, Delinquency, and Applied Behavior Analysis Special Interest Group.

Dr. Bubb is an adjunct ABA professor in the Graduate Counseling & Psychology Department at Eastern University in St. David’s PA, and the Criminal Justice Department at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. She is also an Online Learning Facilitator of undergraduate and graduate courses in the Business Administration and Education Departments at the University of the West Indies. Currently, Dr. Bubb is also a Certified CPR-First Aid Instructor and an avid volunteer!
